twin beds and a queen 

sleeper/sofa.

RATES:

$265/night low season

(Day after Labor Day-June 14) excluding
holidays

$475/night June 15 -
Labor Day (five  night minimum)

$400/night holidays:
Thanksgiving (4 night minimum); Dec. 20-Jan. 2, Memorial Day weekend (3 night minimum)

 $150 Cleaning Fee for groups of 5-10; $100 Cleaning Fee for groups of 4 or less

$500 Refundable Damage Deposit (to be secured with a valid credit card)

50% of rental fee required to confirm reservation; balance (including cleaning fee and damage deposit)  due 20 days prior to scheduled arrival.
 

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit will be fully
refunded if cancellation occurs at least 15 days
prior to scheduled
arrival.  Deposit will be
forfeited if cancellation
occurs 0-14 days prior
 to scheduled arrival . 

$50 cancellation fee
applicable to all  cancellations.
